Management in general :
Management is a universal concept. it is considering a wide and a popular concept. , Management is an important activity for human to reach his goal. Management consider a goal-directed activity to getting things done . All organizations – business, political, cultural or social are involved in management. According to Harold Koontz, “Management is an art of getting things done through and with the people in formally organized groups. It is an art of creating an environment in which people can perform and individuals and can co-operate towards attainment of group goals”. According to F.W. Taylor, “Management is an art of knowing what to do, when to do and see that it is done in the best and cheapest way”.

An Entrepreneur:
As we know Human being can perform and mange a lot of different activities not only business it could be writing , shopping and studying .etc. . So, A person can run and build a business by himself. A person can be a successful entrepreneur by managing and reaching his business goal. To be A successful Entrepreneur You have to know a lot of managerial skill in order to reach your own goal.

What is an Entrepreneur?
An entrepreneur is a person who runs and create a small business. No matter how much the risks that he is going to face. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services and business/or procedures
– In order to be a successful “Entrepreneur” you have to have some” Managerial skill.”

 

The Managerial skill:
We can refer this term to the manger skills. As it known that the managerial skills is the ability to make new rules and decision, the ability to understand the concepts, the ability to organize and manage the time , the ability to have the spirt of leading a group ,the ability to have a good way of communicate , and the ability to have a way to solve a problem.

The importance of managerial skills to entrepreneur:
Every entrepreneur has to have these skills in order to growth his business.
– First: Time management :
Time management considered the most important term to the entrepreneur. A successful entrepreneur must have the ability to make wise decisions of how can he mange his time .
So he must have short- long awareness of how to plan or make up any business decision so quickly to avoid any risks may happen.
– Second : Business Planning
The entrepreneur must know how to plan new future decisions in order to growth the business in future . this term involve the knowledge of preparation of any thing could happen in the future .so the entrepreneur must has the knowledge on every felid such as economic, accounting, marking and finance to reach his goal .

– Third : Employee Management:
The entrepreneur must have the sense of knowing his employees, The good employee or the bad employee. which employee can develop his business. finding the employee who can handle the hard work . Finding an employee that love to work others . As an entrepreneur he must know haw to lead his work team.
– Fourth : Communication Skills
As an entrepreneur he must know haw to communicate with others . He must know and understand with the people whom he working with . With the good communication skills he can build a wide strong relationship with the people that he is working with . An entrepreneur sometimes can develop and making a lot of deals by the way of his communication with other entrepreneurs .

Fifth : Business Management:
The good and successful entrepreneur must have the knowledge of all management skills in order to manage a business in a perfect way .An entrepreneur must have a knowledge about the work , the application ,and the tax laws, He must be aware of every new trend and product in the markets . This will increase his business affectively .
Sixth : Leadership :
Leadership for an entrepreneur consider the most important characteristic to make the team love to work with each other. This can of term can gain from your daily life experience .
– Having a Managerial skills can create a good and a professional entrepreneur. Without these skills the entrepreneur will not reach his goal , will not step foreword his dream , will not have to potential of developing and creating a new business.
