As it heard in this workshop that made by Maha Alhudythei about her career, motivate, and passion life. Maha studied IT in the being and she took a master digital Marking and this is was her passion to reach her goal. She showed or said a lot of information that there information could change anyone’s life. She took about marketing personal which mean that u are going to talk about yourself and talk about your characters. She shown also her interest in many things .she also focused on how a person could develop himself and never gave up. She shown how can person with no knowledge could be a person with knowledge by searching , reading , and reading with the same information that the person get concerned about it.

There is some skills that can help us in order to reach some of my goals or other goals.

First: self-development:
Personal development is a lifelong process. This is means activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. It is consider a way of changing a whole life it is a way to change a person’s behavior, and his way of living by motivating him. It is also a way to transform a person. Which it is mean that changing your life or yourself to the best. When it comes to change yourself or your life you have to follow some things that could help to reach the right goal. These skills are writing everything from the top till down and planning for it.

Second: Leadership skills
When we think about leadership and we get confused about this meaning. What comes in our mind is leading a thing. So, leadership is an individual who led a group of people. Whatever it is in organization, or school, or home .the ability of sharing information so the others can follow these information. Sharing some vision and ideas that could help or develop the organization. Having the knowledge of solving problems or facing it immediately. The ability to make and create some decisions.

Third: Risk Taker
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.” —Helen Keller
Every one of us facing some risks in his life.( where you are NOW and where you WANT to be.) there is a gap between these words because If you choose one road instead of choose another road. It will be a risk to me .As this skill means is a person who is able to take the risk and danger in order to transforming it or changing it.
 

Fourth: Adopting skills
“Adopt, adapt, and improve,” says the thief in a Monty Python
These two words are different and it not the same meaning. Adopt is take advantage of something, but Adapt is to change something in order match our needs. The word Adopting means it is when you are take or choose or select something that can help you and give you the advantage in your life or your job .which is means the act of taking something as it yours . Adopting a skill is consider a process that you take something, this something consider legal to your own benefit. Adopting also refers to take an idea or reincarnation a habit. Adopting comes from the Old French word adopt are, meaning “to choose for oneself.”

Fifth: Good Oriented
A good oriented is a person who can pay attention to the small and tiny details. A person who has the awareness to understand the causes and the effects that can happen. He must has the ability to create new ideas. Have the Patience and identify what kind of problems that happened around us. This skill can be developed depending on the effort that the person do. This skill let the person has the opportunity to be in any several different jobs. A good oriented take some challenges in order to upgrade the efficiency. This skill use to produce the perfection. The ability to have the awareness to catch the errors that may facing the person in his job or life.

 

 

Sixth: seeking opportunity
It is a process of evaluating and considering that depending or based on some activates that can be good for a person or organization. Seeking for Opportunity means it is to ask for the opportunity and to search for the opportunity .And when it is comes to the meaning of the word seeking, it is means to try to ask, to try to search, to try to ask, and to try to explore things. On the other hand, the word opportunity means is a good position, a good chance, a good way to reach and success in any goal or dream or job that you have planned for it in your life. It is important when you are seeking for new opportunity is to be honest of what you are seeking for. When you are seeking or asking for the opportunity you have to think about the future .You must have the knowledge of are you going to create your future depending on the opportunity that you have been searching for?

– My Reflection:
My reflection of what I heard is that never ever giving up on what we do.
We must cheer ourselves, being leaders and try to seek for what can develop ourselves. We must keep updating ourselves, challenge ourselves. Do not say the word “NO, I DON’T know “we must read, ask, search to find the answer by your own self.
If we ever facing a hard time, mange our time, day, selves in order to complete whatever have been told.
